Expressway between the Northern skirting road and the various localities of Metn.
The project consists of :
- The provision of two departure expressways :
One of which skirting Nahr El Mott until the locality of Fanar (2 x 3 lanes).
The other departing from Dekwaneh until Sabtieh and Fanar.
- The provision of an expressway connecting up the localities of Metn until Mrouje and Bteghrine with deviations towards Brummana, Baabdat and Bikfaya
