The project consists of :
- A tower for the offices of Syrian Arab Airlines: 25 storeys, total area: 21,000 sq.m.
- A 350 rooms hotel: 12 storeys total area: 28,600 sq.m. the Ground Floor consists of the terminal of the Syrian Arab Airlines
NOTE : AEROPORT DE PARIS contributed only to the architectural design.
